Wee Tian Beng Singapore

Bio
Tian Beng is the first full-time Singapore manga artist whose artworks have been distributed worldwide. He is the writer-artist of The Celestial Zone, a martial arts series which has attracted a devoted following in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Europe and North America. He was also invited to create adaptations of Ni Kuang’s The Adventures of Wisely and Louis Cha’s The Return of the Condor Heroes. He has created more than 150 volumes of manga works, which have been translated into Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, French, Spanish, Thai, Korean and other languages. He is the founder of TCZ Studio and the Comics Society of Singapore.



What book would you like to snuggle under covers with, and why?
"I like Cross Game by Adachi Mitsuru (Japanese Manga). This is a relaxing, humourous and interesting campus manga. It describes the teenagers striving for the Baseball Tournament Championship in a Japanese High School."
