Since emerging in the online writing scene nine years ago, Taiwanese writer Giddens has published over 30 works. Spanning romance, horror, black humour and fantasy, many of his works have been adapted into games, movies and television series, such as the popular Taiwanese idol drama, Corner, With Love. As evidence of the influence Giddens wields over Chinese pop culture, Taiwanese rock band Mayday have named their latest album after his book, Poetry of the Day After, while popular TV host Cai Kang Yong caused a buying frenzy after recommending Those Girls We Chased. Giddens has also directed a film based on one of his books
