Julia Sedefdjian is the chef of Parisian restaurant, Baieta. She cut her teeth at Fables de la Fontaine under the aegis of chef Anthony David, before becoming head of the establishment. In 2016, she became the youngest starred chef in France at 21 years old. She opened her first restaurant in 2018 and earned her second Michelin star to date in the following year.
Audra Morrice is a chef, author and television presenter. A judge and co-host of MasterChef Singapore, she also has her own cooking series, Tasty Conversations, published two cookbooks My Kitchen, Your Table, and Cook & Feast, and runs a catering business in Sydney. Her restaurant collaborations focus on her Singaporean Chinese-Indian heritage, and Australian produce. A big supporter of sustainable farming, she is also a Culinary Consultant for The Fullerton Hotel Sydney, and an Ambassador with the Singapore Tourism Board.
