Two Michelin-starred chef and rising star of French gastronomy Julia Sedefdjian’s approach to gastronomy is marked by her Armenian-Sicilian roots. Audra Morrice, chef, author, television presenter, and MasterChef finalist and judge draws influence from her Singaporean Chinese-Indian heritage. Together, they explore the possibilities of redefining culture in culinary terms, and what it means to respect tradition while reinventing the wheel. Join them as they speak about their favourite food memories, the diverse influences on their cuisine as well as their cooking philosophies.
