Pamelia Chia is the author of Wet Market to Table and founder of Singapore Noodles, an online Singaporean food repository. She documents recipes, demystifies traditional cooking through video tutorials, and shares podcast conversations to keep Singapore's food heritage alive for generations to come.
Shamsydar Ani is a chef, cookbook author and photographer. After emerging as the second runner up for Masterchef SG in 2018, she continues to advocate for Malay food, especially encouraging the younger generation to keep the food alive. Shamsydar Ani released her first cookbook, Spices & Lime, in November 2019.
