Manda Foo is the co-author of Food Matters and the founder of Bollywood Adventures, a farm education company. She has worked in the agriculture and environmental sector as an educator and advocate for 12 years. She holds a Bachelor of Journalism from Boston University and a Master’s in Public Policy from National University of Singapore.
Audra Morrice is a chef, author and television presenter. A judge and co-host of MasterChef Singapore, she also has her own cooking series, Tasty Conversations, published two cookbooks My Kitchen, Your Table, and Cook & Feast, and runs a catering business in Sydney. Her restaurant collaborations focus on her Singaporean Chinese-Indian heritage, and Australian produce. A big supporter of sustainable farming, she is also a Culinary Consultant for The Fullerton Hotel Sydney, and an Ambassador with the Singapore Tourism Board.
Cookbook author, blogger, fermenter and sourdough baker Anne-Marie Bonneau has lived plastic-free since 2011. Through social media, her blog and her book, she shows others how reducing their trash not only benefits the planet but also satisfies their taste buds, improves their well-being and boosts their bank accounts.
Olivia is a communicator, nature lover and believer of a sustainable society. She connects people to nature and environmental topics through her gardening and self sufficiency blog and YouTube channel, The Tender Gardener. She facilitates dialogues on sustainability issues through the non-profit society, Green Drinks (Singapore), where she is the President and Co-founder.
