Sarah Huang Benjamin is a chef, content creator, filmmaker and researcher who loves to eat. Having grown up in a mixed family in Singapore, her cooking is brazenly inauthentic, bringing flavours, techniques and ingredients from different cultures together in a riot of flavours, while celebrating where they come from.
