A freelance journalist specialising in food writing, Chawadee Nualkhair has lived in Thailand on and off since 1995. She currently lives in Bangkok with her husband and two children. Chawadee can claim expertise in her chosen field because she has been eating all her life.
Lara Lee is a Chinese-Indonesian and Australian chef and food writer. She is author of Indonesian cookbook Coconut & Sambal, and a contributor for Bon Appetit, The Guardian, and The New York Times. Writer, photographer, speaker and culinary instructor Christopher Tan has contributed to local and international publications for two decades. He has given talks on food and culture in Singapore, Australia, America, and France. His most recent cookbook, The Way of Kueh, was Book of the Year at the 2020 Singapore Book Awards.
Sarah Huang Benjamin is a chef, content creator, filmmaker and researcher who loves to eat. Having grown up in a mixed family in Singapore, her cooking is brazenly inauthentic, bringing flavours, techniques and ingredients from different cultures together in a riot of flavours, while celebrating where they come from.
