Colin Goh writes and draws Dim Sum Warriors, a bilingual children’s comic series which was adapted into a giant musical in China and is now the foundation of an award-winning multiplatform language-learning system. He also wrote and directed the movie “Singapore Dreaming”, which has won multiple awards internationally.

Christian Soh enjoys reading comic books, watching anime and playing video games. He hopes to be a famous YouTuber when he's older.

A future biologist or writer, Hao Wen loves reading fantasy and anything about science. He has a corgi named Koji, several insect species, semi-aquatic and aquatic animals. When he’s not reading or tending to his pets, he enjoys drawing, writing stories or doing crafts. He loves reading to his siblings.

Yuen Ling left the engineering profession to join her family business Maha Yu Yi Pte Ltd in 1993. She started the children's bookstore in 2008 and it is the first Chinese children bookstore in Singapore. She sources books for National Library of Singapore, and K-12 schools.

Evelyn is the author of the Just a Little Mynah series, the first multilingual picture books published in Singapore. Her love for birds and flying is another story that first took flight in Canada, during the Great Depression in Vancouver Chinatown.

H. S. Norup is the award-winning author of The Hungry Ghost and The Missing Barbegazi. Originally from Denmark, she has lived in six different countries, including Singapore. She now resides in Switzerland and writes stories inspired by her travels, set in the borderlands between the real and imaginary worlds.

Pooja Nansi is the current festival director of the Singapore Writers Festival. She is also a recipient of the Young Artist Award in 2016 as well as Singapore’s inaugural Youth Poet Ambassador. She is the author of three collections of poetry.

Josephine loves stories and writes to explore inner landscapes. If not for her mother, Mak, Josephine would not have gone to school or be a writer today. Josephine writes both fiction and non-fiction, for adults as well as children. Her topics include her Peranakan heritage, her kampong and Singapore’s past.

Quek Hong Shin is a Singaporean author and illustrator whose works include picture books like The Amazing Sarong, The Brilliant Oil Lamp, and Universe of Feelings.
